Positive: We were travelling through Europe for two weeks and this was definitely one of the best apartments we stayed in. It exceeded our expectations!! The host was quick to respond to messages and they sent us clear check in instructions and made us feel very welcome. It was simple and straightforward to get the keys from the lockbox and we were able to park right outside the property. The area is peaceful and relaxing but it’s only a short 15 minute walk into town. There are plenty of walks and activities nearby, and there are pamphlets in the apartment with multiple suggestions for things to do. The apartment is up 3 short flights of stairs. There’s no AC but it stays surprisingly cool inside, even when it’s quite hot outside. It’s extremely spacious and incredibly clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge, coffee maker, and plenty of cookware. The mattress and pillows in the bedroom were very comfortable and the bedding felt high quality. The roller blinds kept the room nice and dark so we had a great nights sleep. The walk in shower was huge and the water temperature and pressure were amazing. The smart TV and WiFi work great and the walls seem thick so it’s nice and quiet - we didn’t hear the neighbours at all. The gorgeous view of the town from the balcony was an added bonus. All in all, we would not hesitate to stay here again. You can really tell that the people who manage the property take great care in making sure you have a wonderful time.
