We know that there are many villas to choose from in the Disney area and we wanted to make sure that ours was head and shoulders above the rest – the finest villa in the Disney area. Therefore, we have spared no expense in making Cloud Nine Villa the perfect home away from home.
It is not just any holiday villa with the bare essentials - it has all of the luxuries and additions that make a house into a home, somewhere to thoroughly enjoy yourselves and feel comfortable. Every time we stay ourselves, we add more to keep it as homely as our own permanent residence.
No expense has been spared in decorating the house to 5* standards. The house is truly a home away from home, having everything a group of any size would possibly need for a vacation in the sun.
The Master Bedroom, Den and Family Room all have large flat screen TVs (the latter having a huge 65" curved Samsung TV certain to appeal to all the family!). Each of these has a full line -up of cable channels from Spectrum including all sports, movie and entertainment packages. They also have on-demand channels from HBO / SHO / Starz and many more. Streaming apps such as Netflix and Amazon Prime are also installed for you to log into with your own account and watch as you would at home.
There are 30" flat screen televisions in all other bedrooms complete with access to cable channels, all major Smart TV apps (Netflix / Amazon Prime etc.) so you can login and watch your own accounts in any room and also access to on demand channels from HBO / SHO / Starz and Spectrum cable channels.
We have also stocked the house with a varied selection of DVDs, CD's, Playstation games, board games and sports equipment. Our games room has a pool table and darts board.
We know that most people visit the Orlando area with the theme parks in mind, however, we wanted Cloud Nine Villa to be a haven to return to after a busy day, a holiday destination in itself.
Pool
We had the pool at Cloud Nine Villa installed ourselves when we bought the house and no expense was spared to ensure that it matched the quality in the rest of the home.
The large freeform design of the pool is complemented by a rock boundary with planter which in addition to providing privacy, is beautifully lit at night. A grotto waterfall with seating behind, a large elevated spa with waterfall and a shallow beach area with bubbler provide enormous amounts of entertainment.
The latest in heating and filtering technology has also been installed with the heat coming from the bottom of the pool to provide a consistent and pleasant temperature throughout and a gentle salt water cleaning system providing clean water with no chemicals that need washing off after you have been in the pool!
The deck has been extended and extra sun loungers and chairs provided for your comfort. An awning has also been installed to provide shade when required across the entire width of the house. The pool at Cloud Nine Villa is an absolute delight to behold and is certain to provide an huge amount of pleasure and entertainment for every guest, young or old!
Location
Although only minutes from the Disney theme parks, Highlands Reserve is a very peaceful golf community. It has communal facilities which include a children's playground, tennis court and swimming pool approximately 5 minutes walk from the house.
Highlands Reserve is a prime vacation rental development and is very safe, however, for your added protection, we have also installed an alarm and Ring CCTV security.
Shops and restaurants are a 2 minute drive or a 15 minute walk away and Disney World is only 15 minutes drive away.
Our home is in a prime location being on a cul-de-sac in the heart of the development on a very quiet lot with no passing traffic and is an extremely relaxing place to spend a holiday.
It is on the ridge overlooking the 7th and 8th fairways, west facing looking out beyond the rest of Highlands Reserve to the conservation beyond. We were very careful when we chose the house to make sure that we had views and that it was very private. There is nothing more relaxing than sitting by the pool watching the beautiful sunsets!
