*PLEASE NOTE* Regal Palms charges a facility use fee for the amenities inside the resort. This is not optional and will be collected at check-in. Guests will be provided with access bracelets. The fee is approx $20/day for the unit*. However, seasonal snowbirds or sun-loving lizards staying with us over 30 days receive a discounted daily rate applied November through April.
