This home is directly across from Lover's Point recreation area and park which has white sandy beaches, swimmingj, surfing, kayaking, snorkeling/diving, paddle boarding, biking, dining, and a coffee house. For your leisure, we offer complimentary use of boogie boards and beach toys available for your use and enjoyment at NO additional charge.
Enjoy a beautiful 1-mile walk (2,000 steps) from the Cottage along the Coastal Recreation Trail to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row. A 1/4 mile north, you can visit downtown Pacific Grove, the Farmer’s Market, shops, restaurants, and galleries. By car, you can view sunsets at Asilomar State Marine Reserve (7 minutes), Pebble Beach (15 minutes), and Carmel-by-the-Sea (17 minutes).
Every room has been extensively updated. FEATURES: The main floor open concept living area has a comfy sectional, a separate reading lounge that functions as a twin bed, a Smart TV, a bay view window seat, and a separate dining area that can also be used for board games, puzzles, or remote work.
