This is a perfect space for Urban Dwellers from other cities needing a place while in Atl. Every room in the property is spacious which allows your group to spread out, even your fur baby will have room (YES, we accept PETS with an $85 pet fee stay for your first and $25 for additional) The kitchen is well supplied and has counter sitting for those that want to watch and talk to the group cook while they are cooking for everyone. You will enjoy the large living space that this property offers, large family room with oversized comfortable sofa and 2 swivel chairs, large smart TV, and a high-top table for the times you want a relax with a glass of wine and socialize. Bedroom 1 features a queen adjustable bedframe which is ideal for those that like to watch TV or read before going to sleep. Bedroom 2 features 2 comfortable queen beds and a smart TV. Although the oversized bathroom is shared it sits in-between the bedrooms (Jack and Jill set up). There is a high top working desk for those that still must work during their stay. The spacious front porch is the ideal spot to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. (there is a backyard balcony as well, however, is under a facelift, guests can use, but understand it's not a perfect situation yet) Upon entering the front door you will be greeted by a fun ATL MURAL which was created by a local artic that features many of the cities attractions. Parking is on the street directly in front of the property which is only steps away from the front door. There are many things close by- Create ATL, an indoor/outdoor covered co-working space, which is only 0.3 miles away. If you prefer a treat, consider going to Coco cakes by Coco's Westside, which is only 0.3 miles away. From there, you can enter the Belt-line and proceed to the Monday night Garage or Boxcar at the City Hop, West End, which is 0.5 miles away, all the while taking in the breathtaking scenery. Families will enjoy their stay at this house. The distance to the city center is 3 miles. To the Mercedes Benz Stadium, 2 miles. Excellent for multi-family and large groups visiting Atlanta.
