Nestled in a peaceful wooded setting, our contemporary 1 bedroom cottage invites you to relax, surrounded by nature and hiking trails. Only five minutes to Cornell and ten minutes to downtown Ithaca.
The wrap around deck provides the idyllic setting for dinners from the grill. A private deck off the master bedroom invites an early morning coffee while listening to the birds or in the evening, relaxing with a glass of Finger Lakes wine by the crackling fire in the chiminea.

The property is surrounded by a public nature preserve with direct access to hiking trails. Our home is located at the end of a long gravel driveway through the woods, about 1500' from the main road.

At the top of the cottage driveway is the front door, giving guests access to main level of the cottage. The cottage basement is storage space, with a separate exterior entrance below the deck.

Our home is on the property, comfortably distanced from the cottage. There is a keypad on the front door for self check-in. However, if you'd like, we would love to greet you and show you around if we are home when you arrive.
