This home sits just a few blocks from the heart of Teaticket Village, on a street that dead-ends into the ocean inlet of Great Pond. You can easily stroll to the beach on the pond, ride your bikes on the waterfront trail that begins one block south, or head one mile south (by foot, bike, or car) to Bristol Beach on the ocean shore. Whichever beach you choose, you'll have chairs, an umbrella, towels, a cooler, tube floats, sand toys, and a wheeled carry-all for your use.
The property was thoughtfully designed and equipped for guests of all ages. Enjoy a flat, fenced, grassy yard that's wonderful for kids as well as a bocce set and a Solo Stove to entertain the adults outdoors. For any guests with mobility issues, there's a fold-up ramp on hand for the two-step front entry.
