The Sandy Pelican is located within perfect walking distance to all CB attractions. A bit kitschy, but a whole lotta old CB charm & comfort. Watch the fireworks right from the driveway. No need to pay for parking, you can just walk. Load up the beach buggy, swing by the Sea Merchant for ice & plant your toes in the sand. If you don’t want to wait in line for one of CB's great eating establishments, come back home to a fully equipped kitchen, -plenty of large pots & pans, outside gas grill & a large deck w/plenty of seating (10). Ceiling fans in every room. Play corn hole in the secured fenced in yard or set up a sheet & watch projection movies. Plenty of parking, even enough space for a small boat trailer (25’) The perfect location to relax & enjoy all that CB has to offer.
