Positive: Everything. Ideal location 25 minute nice walk into old town. Or if you don't want to walk, a regular bus service runs past the property.
Negative: Only improvement I can think of would be the addition of black out curtains in the bed/living area. But I'm being ultra picky., there really isn't much to improve on
