We are on the second-story of a three-story condominium building. There is one set of 10+ steps that is required for entry. There are no stairs once inside. The condominium complex is quaint and mellow- no parties or excessive noise will be tolerated in respect of our fellow neighbors. We truly appreciate your attention to this
