I live in the house but will only be renting one room out. Happy to be as social as you're comfortable with. Additionally, I have a friendly small dog (Shiba Inu) and indoor/outdoor cat, so no extra pets allowed. Reach out with any questions!

Summary: House is nice in a quite neighborhood. Wendi is great and was helpful with recommendations about the area and things to do. Not much happening in the neighborhood close by, restaurant options are very limited. I brought 2 bikes and a motorcycle with me. Garage space was made available which was excellent.
