This Chicago suburb home is located in the city of Lombard, just 30 minutes away from downtown Chicago! Spacious! Perfect for family gatherings! Features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms! Prepare for a comfortable stay with quality leather furniture, comfy mattresses, fireplace, & plenty of stylish artwork throughout! Private patio and deck are excellent for entertaining! All the amenities needed for a long term comfortable stay! Metra, downtown Lombard & local bike trails just 2-3 minutes away! This home is spacious and features a sizable living room, family room, separate dining room, private patio + deck and master bedroom suite. 3 full bathrooms which is great for larger groups. Comfortable leather couches on the main and upper levels of the home. The host takes pride in delivering a very clean and comfortable living space that smells pleasant. Complementary bottled water, coffee, toiletries and snacks are offered to all guests. Kitchen includes a Keurig, coffee maker, toaster and a blender. Plenty of extra sheets and towels provided. There are 3 Samsung smart TVs in the home. 65 inch TV located in the family room, 43 inch TV located in the living room and a 55 inch TV located in the master bedroom. Samsung TV plus - Choose from 250+ live TV channels, and 1000s of movies and shows on demand, all for free. Fast internet speed wifi provided. Sizable laundry room includes a washer and dryer with detergent supplied and an iron and ironing board. Very professional and friendly hosts dedicated to providing guests with a comfortable stay at our home. This home does not allow smoking inside, pets or parties as we prefer to be courteous to our neighbors. We do not allow one day stays.
