Outdoor furniture available to enjoy May-October. The furniture is wiped down and leaves are blown at each turn over BUT if inclimate weather occurs on your day of arrival or during your stay, the outdoor furniture and patio maybe covered with debris we cannot control.

The University across the street has well lit paths for quick walks. The closest park, is Peterson Park to the west off Bryn Mawr (entrance on Central Park, walk north) Very scenic and great place to take nature pics, once you walk in. Ask me how to find the forest trail and (summer only) waterfalls. The northwest corner of the park has a nature center.

We often have guests arriving the same day as your departure and failure to depart on time can cause us delays that will effect next guest. Violators will be charge a min $500 if you depart late. A 10 min grace period is recognized.
