This mountain getaway, ideally located less than 5 miles from the lifts of Winter Park, will feel like your own modern mountain home the minute you walk in the door. The living area features an open floor plan so you can prepare a meal after a day in the adventuring and entertain guests in the living / dining room at the same time. Smart TV in living room so you can use your own streaming services. The living room couch is also a sleeper sofa. The lower level primary suite with king size bed shares bathroom with living area; however, it can be closed off to the living area if desired. Upstairs you’ll find a twin-over-queen bunk bed and attached full bathroom.
This townhouse has a detached over-sized one car garage to keep your vehicle out of the elements and the walk to the front door is just seconds. The lift shuttle picks up directly across the street less than a minute walk away.
Winter Park Resort is just 5.5 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 1 mile away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 1.8 miles away at the Town of Fraser.
