A beautiful, modern private pool villa in Chiang Mai, complete with 5 bedrooms and amazing amenities. Gorgeous mountain views, a landscaped garden and a 40 meter long pool. It's perfect for families, romantic retreats or nighttime pool parties. Full food + drink menu so you can eat on site.
Lots of optional activities (+ extra cost) are available. These include yoga lessons, Muay Thai, golf, Thai massages, catering and more. Airport pickup and dropoff is also available for 1,400 THB each way.
"Baan Lam Yai" is a modern spacious pool villa nestled amongst tropical nature adjacent to Chiang Mai’s Ping River. Designed by the Thai-Italian architects Natural Living Properties Ltd., the villa is a 15 minute drive from the International airport, and a 20 minute drive from Chiang Mai’s Old City. Offering a sleek mixture of high end sophistication and luxurious tradition, Baan Lam Yai is the perfect space for friends, families and couples looking to experience a luxurious getaway with maximum privacy.
A total of over 815 square meters, the pool villa and surrounding tropical garden can comfortably fit up to 10 guests at a time. Four double bedrooms (with complimentary toiletries for guests), a kitchen opening up to a comfortable living and dining room and views overlooking the verdant garden. The villa is fully air conditioned and has a indoor garage for up to two large cars and a motorcycle. The property is close to the Ping river and the garden attracts a variety of birds, adding to the ambiance of your stay. If that's not already enough, the balconies offer unparalleled views of Chiang Mai’s famous mountain, as well as the rolling hills of Doi Pui national park.
The private pool (40 square meters) is surrounded by a large deck and offers the ideal space to host parties, private yoga retreats or spend stress-free quality time with friends and family by your own private pool. The landscaped gardens and secluded location means that you can have lively parties without turning down the music. If you'd like to take it up a notch, we offer the option to have a fully catered event with a DJ, alcohol and food.. The swimming pool has night time lighting so you can swim day or night!
MINIMUM RESERVATION is 3 nights. If you'd like to stay only 2 nights, please message us to inquire about availability. If we can accommodate your request then we will, but please note that you will incur an adjustment fee of 10% per night for the 2 nights.
