New build property. Very contemporary. Spans over 3 floors. 7 bedrooms, each with king or double bed (some with extra single bed). 4.5 bathrooms. Large garden with corner seating & dining table on patio area. Wood burner hot tub for hire (£150 setup fee )
We have a full house manual provided at the property during your stay which features not only house rules, but also all the exciting things you can do during your stay to make it a pleasurable one.

We have a range of bedrooms to accommodate our guests and entertainment rooms to make your stay a memorable one.
Top Floor
We have two main rooms, the Family Room which features a kind size bed, "the family nook" with a Double Bed and En-Suite Bathroom.
The Serene Room features a king size bed, a single bed and travel cot, and finally "The Nook" which has two singles or made up as a double bed.
First Floor
We have four bedrooms. "The Snug Room" features a double bed, "The Garden View" which features a king size bed. The "En-suite" has a double bed and private bathroom. Finally the luxurious "Master Suite" which includes a Super king size bed, Walk in Wardrobes and dressing room, and large en suite with large free standing bath and walk in shower.
On this floor you will also find the main bathroom of the house featuring a walk in shower and Large Bath tub to soak all your problems away.
Ground Floor
We have three main function rooms, the Lounge equipped with sofa bed and entertainment means, The dining room which hosts a table big enough to sit 6 people or more.
The family room which hosts our fully equipped Kitchen in contemporary styles and luxury including a Island with seating, An extendable table for up to 14 people and lounge with fantastic views over the garden and fields.
From this room you can access the Utility room and garden with large patio folding doors for all your entertaining needs,
Garden
The garden of this property is indeed a delight, for hosting, for children to play and for our doggy friends. The garden includes a huge patio, with hot tub and BBQ. Secure with 6ft Fencing for privacy and to secure those reactive paws, who just love to run.
This year 2023 we are in the process of upgrading the garden to also include a , outdoor Kitchen, Alice in wonderland tea room summer house and believe me there is more to come.
For Dog Lovers
Our accommodation features tiled floors throughout the ground floor, Carpets upstairs, Dogs are not allowed on the top floor if you book our dog friendly package. The garden is secure featuring a 6ft fence to stop reactive dogs and Houdini's from escaping, complete privacy for your fur babies.
