The apartment is one of three in a 1920 Arts & Craft Bungalow that was originally a single family home but converted to three separate apartments- each with Its own private entry. This rental apartment is the most private of all- nestled out of view of the street at the rear of the property.

nb: Guests With Vehicles That Sit Low to the Ground Are Recommended to Park On the Street in Front of the Home and Walk the Driveway to the Apartment. the Driveway is irregular- Best Suited to Vehicles With Medium to High Clearance.
