In South Vendée, property composed of two independent character cottages. comfort and modernity in a traditional stone building. The gite of great comfort on the ground floor for 6 people. The house has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. A large living room with fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room. Outside two terraces, heated swimming pool shared with the other gîte with sunbathing. For everyone, two common leisure and relaxation areas: table football, billiards, table tennis, pinball machine, 14 bikes available. pétanque and swing games for children.
We are located 25 minutes from the Poitevin marshes and the Vendée beaches, the Puy du Fou and La Rochelle are 40 minutes away.
