Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (3 double beds), separate toilet, large shower room. Wood central heating, carport. Roanne 30 minutes, St-Etienne 1 hour. Noirétable lake and Villerest 20 minutes ideal for hiking or swimming. To make your stay even more comfortable, utilities and sheets are included in your rental price. Gite located in the old farmhouse, with independent access, courtyard and private terrace (surroundings being finished during summer 2020). In the countryside only 1 km from the village and all its amenities. For your comfort, sheets are provided, as is wood for the stove. You'll enjoy the south-facing terrace on the same level as the living room, or if you prefer shade, the adjoining old barn. The owner, a farmer (a dairy and red label poultry farmer), will offer you a tour of his farm, for an unforgettable experience in contact with the animals.
