This magnificent apartment, at least atypical of 100 m2 is located in what is called a "mansion" built in the seventeenth century, known as "the Aubray hotel" with an exceptional character whose staircase and certain architectural elements are listed as part of the history of the seventeenth century. It was the home of the famous and sulky Marquise de La Brinvilliers.
These are attics that have been completely refitted by the owner architect. Immerse yourself in a unique universe made of old wooden beams, period tiles, unusual objects, travel souvenirs, unique creations (it must be said that the owners are in the design). The apartment hides in its recesses unsuspected pieces, cleverly camouflaged storage. It offers big surprises: like this bathtub overlooking the rooftops of Paris that allows you to see everything without being seen! This shower with a view of the sky ... The living room is extremely friendly and warm with a beautiful kitchen fully equipped with gas heaters will be suitable for "chefs de passage". From March 2019 there will be a scaffolding in front of a part of the windows of the apartment for roofing work above our apartment, for a period of 6 to 8 months.
