This 5-bedroom house, complete with 2 bathrooms (check out the bathtub!), and multiple living zones is filled with character with American Aromatic Cedar lined walls & ceilings.
A Chef/Cook’s delight - Well appointed kitchen with a huge Delonghi commercial oven, a Bosch Dishwasher and a Butler's pantry stocked with complimentary goodies.
Dining room has an 8 seater antique table, coasters and place matts provided in buffet. The Island bench seats 4.
Stunning cedar French doors to every room opening to the wraparound Jarrah verandas, huge entertaining deck to appreciate the amazing Sunsets and Water views of San Remo.
Main open plan Living room has a 75 inch Smart TV with the favourites provided- Stan, Netflix and Disney+.
2nd Living/Library room has a Sofa bed perfect for two young children or one adult. The Smart TV has the same programs as the main TV.
Library is ready for any bookworm with many golden oldies.
There’s board games too and Free Wifi through out the house.
With split system heating and cooling, blackout blinds, ceiling fans in every bedroom and hydronic heating, will just add to your comfort.
