This picturesque house from 1925 with cat Malo warmly welcomes you to stay for 6,5 weeks. It is located on one of the most beautiful avenues of Boskoop; a cozy village of 13,000 inhabitants in the middle of the nature reserve the Green Heart of the Netherlands. Rural yet centrally located between the major cities, and only 35 km. away from the sea and beach.
The high ceilings, the bay window with generous windows, the cozy authentic kitchen and the rooster beams on the first floor give the house the wonderful combination of cozy and spacious. The stained glass windows, the cherry wood living room floor, the little bridge in front of the house and the beech in the front garden each contribute in their own way to the pleasant atmosphere.
The bathtub in the spacious bathroom with dormer, and the large bedroom with book wall invite you to dream away and relax endlessly.
The rental price is below average, because a condition is that Malo is well taken care of. Malo is a sensitive 13 year old tomcat who likes to go his own way. He can enter and exit through his cat flap. The care consists of feeding and changing his sleeping places in the living room, and if necessary to the vet. Of course I reimburse the costs of this. My friend Ania from a nearby village knows Malo well, and is willing to think along and help with questions about him.
