Pristine 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath 2nd floor unit with open floor plan living, kitchen, and dining. Pull out queen sofa bed in living room, bedroom has king bed and ensuite full bath. Garage spot under with direct entry to unit. Location is ideal, 5 minutes (1 mile walk/bike) to shops and restaurants of Short Sands and 10 minutes to shops and restaurants of Ogunquit/Perkins Cove. Summary: The week in Cape Neddick was perfect. The beasch offered with property was easy to get to. The location was ideal to skip to Kittery or up to Portland, and also the beaches in between. Morning or afternoon walks taken at Drakes, Ogunquit and Wells healing as always. John and the team were immediately responsive to my communications. I hope to make this an annual stay.
