The coastline of Civitanova is divided by the marina: to the north there are long sandy beaches with shallow waters, while to the south there are sand and pebble beaches with deeper waters. Here you can find both relaxation and fun, strolling among palm trees and cycle paths and enjoying typical dishes in the many clubs, bars, restaurants and shops.
A short distance away, the seaside resorts of Porto Sant'Elpidio and Porto San Giorgio, with their long sandy beaches and many restaurants, offer a pleasant alternative to nearby Civitanova. In addition, about 30 minutes by car you can discover the breathtaking views and spectacular beaches of the famous Riviera del Conero. Sirolo, Numana and Portonovo are charming seaside resorts with crystal-clear waters, surrounded by the greenery of a protected natural area.

The property is completely fenced off and accessed by an automatic gate. There is also a private car parking area with a charging station for electric vehicles.
