Very comfortable and equipped with all modern conveniences, it offers a rare location, not far from shops and restaurants. It's the ideal rental
to make the most of summer, in a very privileged setting. The port of Saint Goustan and the town of Auray are within walking distance. A little gem. A must-see!

Upstairs, a TV room and bathroom (1 bath, 1 sink and toilet) form a second living space.
The upper floor comprises two bedrooms (Bedroom 1: 1 x 160cm bed, Bedroom 2: 2 x 90cm bunk beds with an additional 90cm bed) and a bathroom (1 shower, 1 washbasin and 1 WC).
