Summary: Me and 3 adult friends stayed at this house for 4 days, and while we had a great time in California, the house left a lot to be desired. I will begin by saying that the yard is lovely, the bathroom/kitchen are nice and clean, and for the most part the house is as shown in the pictures. However, there were a LOT of details which made this stay feel not very welcoming. 1) The few towels provided were scattered throughout the house, and VERY stained with purple/yellow ink. 2) The TV was still in it's plastic wrapping, and was just leaned against the wall. The box was left on the back porch 3) The WiFi name and password were incorrect, and we had to find the router to read info ourselves. 4) The master bedroom light was remote controlled, but the remote was broken meaning we could not turn the light off all the way. 5) There were NO extra niceties, such as extra sheets, toaster, microwave, plunger, hair drier, conditioner, etc. 6) There was no welcome note or checkout paper to be found. Overall, this could have been a very pleasant stay, but it was not prepared *at all* for guests (which is a shame since all our complaints could have been solved with a few hours and less than $50). In all fairness, the host was fairly quick to respond to our complaints, and had dropped off new towels, set up the tv, and provided WiFi info by our second day. *However*, only 2 new towels were provided, and the TV was "set up" still in it's plastic covering (a lazy fix).
