Cosy is the word to describe our house: it is not huge (somewhere around 60 square meters), but comfortable and with all necessary amenities. Downstairs, we have an open kitchen, the living room and dining table, as well as the fireplace (very nice throughout the year: in the summer, it is usually nice and warm during the days, but cooler in the evening, enough to make it worthwhile to have a fire in the fireplace). Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with a queen bed and a smaller bed if you are travelling with a child. The bigger bedroom has a small balcony where you can always have morning coffee and look at the barn in the distance (unless you do that in the terrace outback, with a view to the fields).
Other thing to note:
Payment Terms: when making the reservation $750 down payment y credit card or Zelle is required to secure the booking. If card is selected, there is a 4% processing fee added. The remaining balance for the f rent & fees is due at check in by Zelle or Bank Transfers. If reservation extended after booking made to a period of 60 days or more for longer period, you may pay directly to host by monthly installments via Bank Transfer only.
To ensure a smooth check-in process, please coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, please provide advance notice of a few hours.
Please be aware that a late check-in fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after 8 PM, and a fee of $200 will be charged for arrivals after midnight.
