After the beach rinse off in the enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water. Enjoy outdoor living – grilling delicious meals and unwind under the house in entertaining area. Soak in the scenic water views of the boat basin & lagoon across the street. Parking for 2 cars. Walk or ride a bike to the playground, clubhouse, beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Enjoy fishing and crabbing down at the clubhouse docks. Pt. Pleasant and Seaside boardwalks short driving distance and other area excursions.
