Full bright open kitchen. Pink laundry room. Pristine home with central air conditioning. Three televisions with Apple TV/streaming. Two fire pits and woods in backyard. Bike to beach. 5 minutes to Black &White beach, 10 minutes to Hammond Castle, 15 minutes to the beaches of Gloucester and Ipswich, and a 30 minute train ride to Boston. Summary: We had an amazing time in Manchester by the Sea. The house and the area are magical. The house is close to everything and a short drive from Boston so it was perfect for touring Colleges. The house is immaculate and had everything we could possibly wish for. It is also very peaceful. We can't recommend this house enough. The homeowner is lovely and accommodating and very easy to communicate with. There are beautiful beaches, restaurants and towns nearby. We had an absolutely fantastic time and fell in love with the house and Manchester by the sea.
