This charming furnished 2BD/2BA town home is located all on one level on the first floor. Both bedrooms have attached full private bathrooms. LED flat panel television, wi-fi internet, large patio with funiture and nice weber grill on natural gas supply, full size washer and dryer in the unit. Community has two pools, two hot tubs, two tennis courts, unit has it's own 1car garage. 10 min (3.5 miles) to Del Mar Beaches and Powerhouse Park. 12 min (4miles) to the Del Mar Racetrack. (1mile) walk to award winning restaurants (Searsucker), bars, luxury movie theater, salons and grocery. Owners can make some great local recommendations if you like.
