Charming house on the empordà very well located near the beaches and also the countryside to make beautiful walks, markets and shops 5 min walk.
Very pleasant environment and easy access.
The house has just been renovated in June 2019, it is very well decorated with all the details for the comfort of the guests.
The beautiful house has 3 bedrooms all with window or door with access to the outside, 2 en-suite bathrooms, 1 WC, very well equipped kitchen, large dining room, living room with fireplace, first floor terrace and patio and private garden on the ground floor.
You can park the car on the street next to the house at no cost
You are 15 minutes from beautiful beaches like Illa Roja, Pals Beach or Castell Beach among many others.
You can also take beautiful walks by Les Gavarres from the door of the house or you approach the historic center of the city in ten minutes to do your shopping without the need to take the car.
The location is quiet in a beautiful street outside the noise of the village almost touching Les Gavarres next to a beautiful convent.
The house is ideally located a 15-minute walk from the village of Fonteta where you can buy goat cheeses in the small store where they are made by hand. You can also take another nice longer walk to Sant Pol de la B. for an hour and a half.
