Summary: It could be a fantastic place if some tlc was put into it. The TV sits crooked in the wall, floor is lifting in the living room some, twin beds squeak but the worst was the horrible pet urine smell in the master bedroom. When I reported the smell I was told to look for air freshener under the kitchen sink (there was none).
