The first apartment with an area of approximately 135m², with characterful decoration, consists of a large garden with a terrace facing SOUTH / EAST.
On the ground floor, an air-conditioned living room with fireplace, an equipped kitchen and plenty of storage space.
On the 1st floor, you have a hall, offering access to a first bedroom, in the hall is an office for your teleworking corner if necessary, a separate toilet and a bathroom.
