Charming bungalow, situated on the highest point of the bay of Cala Vadella with a sunny private terrace (72m) and spectacular panoramic views over the bay of Cala Vadella and the west coast of Ibiza.
It was completely renovated with high quality materials in 2014, 500m from the beach with crystal clear water and wide choice of restaurants and shops. Local supermarket and tapaz bar at 600m from the house.
The house has a surface of 72m on a plot of 198m, living room with fireplace, open kitchen, breakfast terrace with sea views.
Wifi and air conditioning / heating. Kitchen: induction cooker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, large fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, crockery.
The 2nd part of the living room can be used as an additional lounge area with satellite TV and Movistar TV, unlimited fiber internet.
The half of the living room can be completely closed as a full 2nd bedroom with spacious 2 bed with sea view.
Separate two-room with TV, DVD, air conditioning, 1 2-bed 1 or 2 beds with sea view.
Luxuriously finished bathroom with rain shower.

Incredibly spectacular views over the west coast and the Bay of Calla Vadella. Terrace: outdoor kitchen, shower, lounge chair, garden table, 6 chairs and sun beds.
Terrace and house is child friendly and safe, but don't let small children alone.
Parking in front of the house, use of a car is recommended.
Other beautiful sandy beaches such as Cala Conta (Sunset Ashram) and Cala Jondal (Blue Marlin, Yemanja, Tropicana) are within 15 minutes driving distance.

Summary: We had a warm welcome and a lovely stay. The view is wonderful, and communication with the owner was excellent. Els responds very quickly, and Maite, who welcomed us, was delightful and provided fantastic local tips. The only issue we had was with the beds. One of us experienced some back pain because the mattresses were quite worn and had developed dips over time. On the sofa bed, we could feel the frame through the mattress. Aside from that, our stay was wonderful, and we really appreciated the hospitality and beautiful surroundings.
