The fully air-conditioned apartment is approx. 45 square meters and is located on the second floor of a terraced house directly by the sea (the beach is 50 meters away and no road to cross, good if you have children). It has a living room (with a sofa bed, for 1 person), a bedroom with 2 beds, a large shower room with toilet and a well-equipped kitchen. The small terrace overlooks the beach and the beautifully landscaped tropical garden. This southwestern region of the island offers every type of cuisine. You can enjoy the typical Ibiza cuisine (paella, fish soups, fresh grilled fish or baked in the salt crust etc ...) in the numerous Spanish restaurants (can Sofia, restaurant Maria Luisa, Can Jaume, Pizzeria Bon Sol). All of these restaurants are located in the bay itself. In the bay there is a German-speaking diving club with which you can learn to dive so that you can later discover the beautiful underwater world. Wireless Internet access. The supermarket under the apartment offers everything you need for fresh vegetables, sausage, ham, cheese, bread, warm croissants for breakfast, all kinds of Spanish wines etc ...
