Charming beach waterfront home (no street in front, only the sea) with panoramic views of the bay of Porto-Mirim. 200m2 of built area (outside recreational area) within plot of 800m2 with 20m sea.
3 bedrooms and one suite - all with air-conditioning - Q1 Bed, double bed Q2, Q3 double and single bed. Sofa bed in the lounge. Maximum 08 people.
Wide laser area with pool with panoramic views of 270 degrees looking at the most peaceful and beautiful beach on the north coast just 30km Christmas. The house was recently renovated.
Located in the north coast of Natal next the lagoon and the dunes of Jacuma and parrachos Muriú and short distance of Pitangui pond. Also ha 25 km has the parrachos Maracajaú, one of the best dive sites in the northeast, and the Ma-noa Park water park. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants and other services are very close in the cities of Jacuma and Muriu.
