The apartment is situated in the nicest, very popular street of inner Buda, a few steps from the riverside with coffee shops, bars, bistorts, antiques shops. It has been named after Margit (Margaret) Island - 5 minutes walk - and the very close Margit Boulevard. There is no other place like this in the word: 3 wonderful historical thermal baths in 3-5 minutes walk, 3 others a little more walk or few bus or tram stops far. There is so much to do (shop, eat, drink) in our street.
The space
This cosy apartment is so charming, that you will feel yourself just like at home. Situated in the vibrant downtown of Budapest, on the side of Buda, next to the river Danube. Nearby you can find public transport such as the Tram Line 4-6, the M2 metro station at Batthyany Square (blue line, one of three metro lines of the city), furthermore, the night life service is excellent. Our street has atmospheric cafes, restaurant and antique shops. From here you can easily reach the fascinating Buda Castle Quarter (that is part of the UNESCO World Heritage) with the Matthias Church, Fisherman´s Bastion, Gellert Hill with Gellert Bath. But not only the Gellert, but also other famous bath are found very near - in walking distance - to our apartment: If you are here, you can't miss to visit the Lukacs, the Kiraly or the Rudas bath. Furthermore, if you want to get away from the city, you can just walk to Margaret Island, the city's "Green jewel", that is a recreational area for the lovers of nature.
Our apartment is 85 m2, fully equipped, air-conditioned, has a good Wifi. Very quiet, and has a private roof terrace with a magnificent panorama view to the Royal Castle and to the Buda Hills. It is situated on the 7th floor, but the building has an elevator. We have 2 rooms, a bedroom with a double bed, and a living room with a double bed and a single bed. Ideal up to 5 people, and if you have family with a baby, we also can offer you a baby pot (up to 2 years old child). Since we have the roof terrace, it is perfect to have a nice breakfast or a romantic dinner at sunset, or in the summer time, take a sunbath. Therefore I would suggest this flat for those, who come at least for 1 week - just to enjoy the advantages of the apartment ( but of course, it is available for shorter time, too !).

As you will have a 33 m2 terrace with plants, you are welcome not only to water them, you can make some gardening as well if you feel like that.
During all warm season you are free to pick ruccola (rocket) for your salad and mint for your lemonade.
