The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and heated towel rail, and a separate WC. Warm, coordinated furnishings.
Located on the 1rst floor, without elevator, enter the living room through 3 small steps and enjoy a breathtaking view of Bordeaux's rooftops.
Enjoy year-round comfort with reversible air-conditioning. For families, a cot and a high chair can be provided upon request, at a cost of €10 per night and capped at €30 for each.
## DEPOSIT
A bank imprint of €250 will be requested as part of the rental. Take the tram C or D from Saint Jean train station to Porte de Bourgogne station then either cross the bridge on foot (12 mins) or take the tram A to Stalingrad station.
To park your car, street parking is free only between 7 pm and 9 am and on Sundays and public holidays.
