1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; and bathmats for all full baths. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
