Relax under live oaks on this 1/2 acre of beautiful scenic water front!! Sit in the new hot tub, around the fire pit or in the comfy lounge seating under the deck cabana with stunning views! Launch the kayaks or paddle board at high tide and it is a short paddle to private beaches off Holden Beach or Ocean Isle. Otherwise it is just a 7 minute to drive to lovely Ocean Isle with restaurants, a fishing pier and miles of open white sand beaches. The oldest tree in the United States is just a 5 minute drive away as well as excellent new pickle ball, tennis courts and children's play grounds.
The cottage has 3 private bedrooms, an open family room/breakfast/kitchen and a separate large dining and living room with French doors to the outside deck. It has been renovated but maintains its cosy and welcoming feel. Come and enjoy it yourself!!
