Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Krain know what they are doing. I stayed 15 days in the unit and several time I got asked if everything was to my taste. When there was an issue, Krain is very proactive. For example, the washing machine broke and the cleaning personnal noticed the problem before we arrived. Krain told us about it. It was january 1st. The next day they sent a repairman but the machine was a goner. A new machine was delivered and install, all within the day!This gives you an idea of the level of comitment.
