Summary: Convenient to the highway, this newly renovated house was perfect for our stay. Though on a busy street in a family neighborhood, we didn't hear any outside noise. The house, typical for this area, has been remodeled with care and was clean and comfortable, with a fenced back yard for the kids and pets (not that we had either but could see it being a plus for some travelers). Had modern appliances including a touchscreen fridge; comfortable beds and pillows; excellent shower and plush towels; and plants that made the place seem homey. Love the light fixtures. Cute covered gazebo in backyard, too. Thanks to landlord for leaving coffee! Suggestions for improvements: outside light that comes on at dark to be able to see the address & get in door easier after nightfall; a couple of extra blankets always helps; add a microwave to kitchen along with bottle and can openers; and maybe a portable fan for the bedroom that doesn't have a ceiling fan. Will definitely stay here again!
