Two parking spaces are just 20' from the porch. The space features a large bedroom with cozy queen bed with new Zinus memory foam mattress- perfect for a good night's sleep. The bedroom has a smart TV, 9' ceilings, hardwood floors, lots of natural light, ceiling fan, quality linens, recliner, large dresser, black out curtains and a large walk-in closet. The en-suite private bath, newly renovated, has a large soaking tub/tile shower, hair dryer, hardwood flooring, 36" vanity with marble counter, furnished towels & linens and linen closet. The living room, 10 x 10, has slate flooring, a vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, desk and chair and smart tv. The Kitchenette has new custom cabinetry, stone counters, tile backsplash, undermount stainless sink, mid-sized fridge/freezer, K-cup coffee maker, microwave oven, single burner hotplate, air fryer/toaster oven, towels, dishes and cookware. Crockpot, blender, etc. are furnished along with basic paper products and pantry items. With amenities like wireless Internet, iron & board, laundry access, dedicated thermostat for central AC and Heat, guests will feel right at home.
