3 Bedroom House in Olini, Gavignano
Nous mettons en location notre maison de vacances et de famille dans le hameau de Gavignano (Lieu-dit Borgo) situé sur un promontoire rocheux à 750m d'altitude en Castagniccia . C'est une maison de 100m2 env. mitoyenne, perchée en haut d'un bel escalier, on y accède par le "terrezolu". La maison date 1792, elle est de plein pied, au dessus de caves voutées. Elle dispose de 3 chambres, 2 pièces à vivre (une salle à manger avec très belle cheminée où a été tourné le téléfilm "Colomba", un salon de lecture et/ou de jeux), d'une cuisine équipée avec cheminée, d'une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, enfin d'une terrasse traditionnelle avec vue sur le San Pedrone. Elle est confortable, chaleureuse et très fraiche l'été ! L'endroit est simple, agréable, paisible, avec des voisins très sympathiques, des vues somptueuses sur les montagnes environnantes, des ballades à faire. Nous profitons du coin pour les balades, quelques très belles randonnées pas loin (l'ascension du Mont Pedrone vaut vraiment le détour), le Musée Pascal Paoli à Morosaglia et de très beaux villages à découvrir. Nous allons nous baigner à l'Asco (Via Ferrata/canyoning), la Restonica, le Tavignano ou le Golo pour les rivières aux alentours qui ont toutes des caractères et paysages différents. Côté mer nous sommes à 40 mn de la superbe plage de l'Ostricone, 45 de Lozari, sur la route d'Ile Rousse. Le train de Ponte Leccia (25mn de la maison, la ville pour le ravitaillement) peut vous emmener à Bastia, la Cascade des Anglais ou encore Calvi ou Ajaccio, magnifiques périples. La haut, au village la boulangère passe tous les jours, le poissonnier et la fromagère 1 fois/semaine et on s'entraide avec les voisins. Bref on est bien !
