Positive: Room very clean. Drinking water available. Shower hot. A/C good. Bed was comfortable. View lovely. It's a 20 min walk to the pier, but well lit at night if you want to return after dark. Host very kind in arranging full refund when I amended dates at the last minute. Would recommend if you don't mind the walk (I enjoyed it). Very quiet.
Negative: Any food needs to be kept in the refrigerator or immediately wiped up, as ants are a bit of a problem. Cookware a bit worn out, but adequate.
Summary: Quiet, clean and comfortable.
