Positive: It is a nice and spacious apartment, very close to Evian les Bains. Simple booking procedure and easy to find. Clean with all amenities, plus a free parking space. In a middle of a small town with a pharmacy, grocery store etc. right next to it. Overall, a great place.
Negative: By the main door there's a step down in the floor which is on the way to the bathroom. Easy to trip over on the way to the bathroom at night. We put a chair by it so that we avoid any accidents. Ask the rubbish needs to be removed from the apartment before leaving, but there is nowhere to throw it outside (the trash cans are locked). But these are all things.
