3 Bedroom Apartment in Llanfyllin
Welcome to Flat 1, 45-46 High Street, centrally located in Llanfyllin, mid-Wales, close to Powys Castle, Lake Vyrnwy, Llanrheaedr Waterfall, ideal for walking, biking, bird watching or immersing yourself in the great outdoors.
Llanfyllin boasts a modern Spar store, a butchers, 2 cafes, 2 pubs, a restaurant, 2 hairdressers, a ladies clothes shop, gift shop, bakery, a pharmacy, medical centre, library, sports centre, bowling club, tennis courts and lots of beautiful hills to climb or lanes to explore on your bicycle. Thursday is market day when we also have an excellent fishmonger and artisan baker in town.
Our apartment sleeps up to 6 guests, and clean, well behaved pets are welcome on request.
We have 2 bedrooms with double beds and a third room with a sofa bed. The main bathroom is accessed through the room with the sofa bed. All towels and bedding are provided. A cot bed is also available.
The spacious living room has a flat screen TV with DVD player with a choice of movies to enjoy. We also provide a bluetooth speaker so you can relax to your favourite music during your stay.
The 2 bedrooms are also spacious and the apartment has lots of character and original features. Please supervise young children at all times as some floors are uneven and the stairs are winding. We also ask that the sash windows are only opened from the top panel while leaving the bottom panel in place for safety reasons.
The main bathroom is situated upstairs and is large with lots of natural light. There is a shower over the bath and some toiletries are provided.
There is also a separate WC located in the apartment.
We have a sunny terrace (weather permitting!) with a dining table for our guests to enjoy. This space is shared with residents in flat 2. Please keep noise to a respectful level so as not to disturb other residents.
Unfortunately due to access, this property would be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
