The owners have recently renovated the property and have gone to a lot of lengths to create a beautiful comfortable fully equipped apartment with a wow factor. The property boasts an outside pool which is shared by both apartments. It has a south facing terrace and stands within 50 paces from the centre of the beautiful historic 13th century bastide of Monpazier. Climb out of the pool and dry off, and within minutes you can be dining in the main square. The town listed as one of the "Plus beaux villages de France" has an abundance of shops and restaurants.The property is ideally located for visitors seeking a base for touring the Dordogne and Lot region. Monpazier is thirty minutes by car from Bergerac airport and two hours from Bordeaux. The apartment offers real comfort with sofas, large luxury Hypnos beds( a superking in the second bedroom which can be converted to twins), walk in showers and a Juliette balcony off the master bedroom which catches the late afternoon sun.The kitchen has been fully equiped to enable you to shop for delicious food, cook and live like the locals.
