Summary: This apartment is located about 10 minutes walk from Old Town. It is in a decent neighborhood. The grocery store is literally a little more than a block from the apartment. There is a fruit/vegetable/convenience stand right outside the door. The apartment itself is nice with everything you need and will sleep 3 people comfortably. A child could use the couch for a bed. It is not luxurious but it is not represented as luxurious nor does the price reflect luxury. It is quite clean with all the basics. It does have a lift but there are still just a few steps to it which should not be an obstacle. The only reason I didn't give 5 star is the struggle with parking. I realize San Sebastian is a big city and parking is difficult but there really isn't a viable parking situation at the apartment. We ended up parking at the train station parking garage (6 minute walk away) which was expensive but secure. Also the payment kiosk's are not visible you really have to find them and there is no other way out. All other parking options were unavailable. I also tried to use the app to pay for street parking but it would not work with my U.S. credit card. Other than the parking, which you just need to be aware of, I would recommend this apartment. San Sebastian is a great city to visit and we will return!
