The grounds have an abundance of grapefruit, orange, lime, avocado, and lemon trees available at your fingertips. The condo itself - which we call Center Court at Mountain Shadows - features two patios, alfresco dining and a BBQ grill. Fabulous mid mod inspired art and furnishings. It's the perfect place for travelers looking for great value and resort-style amenities. Beds: K,Q,T,T THE INTERIOR LIVING SPACES This two-story property has been carefully space planned for entertaining, relaxing, and spending quality time with your travel companions. It features fabulous mid mod inspired art and furnishings. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, and flows into the dining area with space for up to 6 guests. Sliding glass doors along the dining area open up to the back patio where you'll find alfresco dining & a BBQ grill. Large windows throughout the property let the light pour in - blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living. THE OUTDOOR SPACES This gated community features 6 pools, a spa, 2 tennis courts, and is surrounded by fabulous fairway and mountain views. The condo itself has two patios - one in the front and one in the back. The front patio has alfresco dining with stunning mountain views - perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The back patio has alfresco dining and a BBQ grill. This is the type of place where guests can immerse themselves in the true Palm Springs vibe. SLEEPING QUARTERS All bedrooms are on the second floor and feature a comfortable hotel-quality mattress and ample storage. The master bedroom has a King bed, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom - plus work/study space. One guest room has a Queen bed. The other guest room has a Trundle with two Twin beds. Both guest rooms share easy access to a bathroom in the hallway. There is also a half-bathroom on the first floor.
